Making A Purchase

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is the correct that is required. See returns policy.

We will take the following payments

Paypal –( To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.) You can use your credit debit cards safely or your own account. Never used paypal before click here IT IS FREE to join

Cheque – Personal cheque or business – Cheque will clear into our bank account before delivery of goods. Normally between 7 –10 days.

Postal Orders - up to £250.00 only

All Purchases are in UK Pounds Sterling

We will normally dispatch your order to you within 7 days of payment clearing.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent, and whereever possible we will help as much as we can.

Shipping And Handling.

All items are posted first class, Second class and standard parcels.

K C Pet Store does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Royal Mail provide an insurance for any loss or damage during transit and in this unlikely event we will provide every support (such as proof of postage) to assist you in claiming directly from Royal Mail.

We run a flat postage charge (see below)

For example if your shopping cart value was

£2.99 your postage would be £2.00

£17.99 postage would be £7.50

Our Guarantee

We are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, damaged, or differing from the description given on our website then we will be pleased to arrange a replacement of the product, or a credit note to the value of your goods.

All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery of the product. No liability or returns will be accepted without prior notification. We will give you a returns reference number which you must include with returned product.

In the case of sizing errors you will be charged with the return cost. See details on how to measure your pet on left hand links on products page.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Goods cannot always be expected to work fault free. They can break down through normal use. Consumers cannot, therefore, expect to hold us responsible for fair wear and tear. There needs to be a fault that was present on the day of sale even though it only became apparent later on.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of orders for the purchase of perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered.

You should be aware that once items have left us and have begun the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any order you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, banking charges, administration).

Should any item be returned back to us in a condition which we deem has been used, we will be unable to accept your request to cancel unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

We receive many daily offers of advertising and we will not accept sales calls of any nature whatsoever. WHOLESALE

If you would like to order from us in a wholesale capacity, we would be only to pleased to accomodate your order, please contact us informing which products and what type of numbers,you will be looking for. We will then give you a personal wholesale price for your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product being listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
